Shipping and Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition of the Item: The Snuggle Stuffer must be in its original, unused condition.
- No Washing: The product must not have been washed.
- No Marks: The product must be free of any marks, stains, or damage.
- No Usage: The product must show no signs of usage.
3. Original Tags: All original tags must be attached to the product.
Return Process
1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at support@snugglestuffer.com within 15 days of your purchase to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
3. Packaging: Carefully package the Snuggle Stuffer along with the RA number and ensure all original tags are attached.
4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
1. Refund: If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
